Graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Cognitive Science and Psychology. She began her career in San Francisco where she spent 5 years in advertising sales gaining experience in business development and management of major accounts. Continued in advertising sales in Baltimore for another year and joined Fallstaff in 2006 as a medical sales recruiter in 2006 and is now VP for Medical Sales Recruitment Services.
Graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Civil Engineering and commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Completed two years of service as a 1st LT while serving in Indonesia as a field advisor to their army. After being honorably discharged, returned home to Baltimore and joined The Rouse Co. doing cost of engineering and market analysis for the new town project known as "Columbia". While working for Rouse attended the University of Maryland Night Law School Program and earned a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the Maryland Bar. Actively continued in real estate development and management until about ten years later, leaving to co-found Telesaver, a value added long distance telephone reseller. After the sale of Telesaver founded and President of Fallstaff Search in 1990 Served for eight years on the Bucknell University Alumni Board of Directors, is president of his residential community association and is active in community philanthropic needs.

If you provide medical services, nurse, pharmacist, or PA, and are seeking a position in medical sales or sales support where clinical background is needed for a technical product, please submit your resume for consideration.
If you have a 4 year college degree and have successful medical sales or business to business sales experience of 2 years or more, and desire to enter into medical sales, please submit your resume for consideration.
Our fees are paid for by the client company and there is no fee due from the candidate.
We will educate you about the opening so that you can make an informed decision to interview or not. We do not encourange candidates to interview for an opening they or we do not feel they have the right experience for.
We will review your resume and sharpen it up so that it presents well.
If the client company wants to interview you, we will prepare you for the interview so that you can achieve your personal best.
After each interview, we will work with you to determine whether you wish to proceed on. We will not pressure you to proceed if you feel the job is not right for you.
